i went to lizzie bordens house over the weekend...well really her fathers house, thats the one he was murdered in...she inherited all his money and moved into a mansion across town...not a bad move i think...beforehand we ran into a guy who lived down the street who had found an axe hidden in some turn of the century cabinetry...he was convinced he had the murder weapon...maybe he did, who knows?...they never found a murder weapon by the way...anyway, we bought a stained glass axe that in now hanging in my kitchen window...so i'll never forget it.

i know this is like 2 weeks off but im a lazy man these days with the art blogging...the good news is that my yard is coming along great..thanks for asking...the willow that we bought to cover the chainlink fence looks amazing!...it is supposed to last up to 4 years!...we are now in talks to create a deck next!...and thanks to everyone who came to my saturday jamfest...i had a whole metal band in my yard and they were very polite and mindfull of my neighbors...don't judge those book covers people.

ok so right off the bat lemme explain the origins of this image...josh from vietnam asked me to draw a shirt for them that was alot more offensive and gruesomer than this...he wanted blood and dead bodies, you get the picture...so i start to draw it and i find out through management that this will never fly...seing as they are on tour with some band teenagers love, the idea gets nixed...josh tells jayson from panthers and jayson offers to make stickers with his own funds...i know it's lame cuz it's josh's idea and all...i justify it because vietnam snaked a hippy slimer i drew from blood on the wall and never paid me for it...am i being a jerk?...only time will tell...but i believe in giving credit where it is due, mainly because i would never draw this on my own...p.s. got tickets to Dr.Dog tonight!!!!!..can't hardley wait like seth green.

i'm sure i've posted this before but i dont have anything new finished and i've been getting deep into the 2nd season of 'peaks lately...not sure why after almost 20 years this is still by far the funnest show to watch...maybe its the fact that the viewer has to completely immerse themselves in the show to really enjoy it...you start thinking that it's a town that really exists and that these are your friends...i hate it when it ends after episode 29...it's like all your friends died in a plane crash together...anyway, back to work.

greetings...hope life is going well for you all...i rearranged my room and threw out tons of clutter, so i feel much better...megan hung my diploma up and it feels a bit weird...it says that the faculty and the trustees all agree that i'm good at film/video...this is a dubious notion...i really only ever wanted to talk about movies and memorize the years that they were released, when it came to actually do it, i can't say i ever really got that much of a thrill out of it...only when i was making my senior film(the last thing i ever shot)did i ever really get into it, but even then i wanted it to be over so i could just ride my bike and fill bulk food bins at the health store...now i draw weird pictures for weirdos, guess i need another certificate for that.
